Problem Statement: If Luftrausers was a competitive game, how can I create dramatic “fly-by” moments?
Solution: In Skyballs, each player controls a ship with a wrecking ball attached to its tail. Players need to fly their ships in a way that allows their wrecking ball to hit their opponent’s ship (and not fall back on to their own ship!)
The game was designed in 48 hours for a game jam, in Game Maker Studio 2.
