Problem Statement: Sticker sets don’t sell well unless they’re very scarce, but these are so good we need as many people as possible to own them. They’re also too good to just give away to everyone.

Solution: The Marvel Neon sticker set was one of the first at Quidd, and in the digital collecting world, to use a “drop” system. Random stickers from the set would only be available at certain times, and only for a single minute. The set managed to perform 4 times better than the average sticker set despite a high inventory count.
